Continuing Education Session
This session focuses on the application of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to depression, anxiety, trauma, and suicide prevention. The training incorporates experiential exercises such as “Leaves on a Stream,” expansion practices, and observing self techniques, alongside case examples to support clinical integration. The session concludes with an ACT-informed approach to suicidality, emphasizing values, meaning-making, and risk management, followed by case integration and discussion.
